Speaking activity: Describing yourself!

What do you look like? How would you describe your personality? And mood? Have a look at the following PowerPoint and choose those adjectives which best describe yourself. Don’t forget to use the verb “To be” and “To have” already studied in class for you to illustrate your description in a meaningful way!

Writing activity: Let your imagination soar!

Let’s be creative! Write a story in which you and your classmates are the main characters of your narrative! You will be able to use a rich variety of nouns and adjectives already studied in class and practice verbs in past tense.

Don’t be panic about the blank piece of paper… you just need to let your imagination soar and follow the tips displayed on the following PowerPoint. You will find useful ideas regarding characters, time and space, as well as the steps you can follow when writing your story. 

Once you have written your story, you will read it aloud in class and both your classmates and teacher will give their opinion about it. Let’s get down to work!
